Just imagine, you want to write a customer invoice and only had to press one button. That is more or less the exact description what kind of ongoing support we provide for our Franchise Partners on a daily business.
As soon as you trigger an invoice production in the system we compile the invoice for you, send it to your customer, direct the payment transactions, oversee the receipt of money and credit you with the amount invoiced. But that’s not it yet: the same applies to the monthly costs, which we collect from your customers via direct debit payment. Of course, your customers can also pay by money transfer or credit card.
That means for you that don’t have to look after ongoing payments inclusive of all the involved work processes – instead you just can be happy with your bank account balance.
Monthly Statement
At the end of every month you get a detailed statement of all your sales and booking positions from your business area. Of course you can also compile additional lists in the system for every team member to give you always the complete overview over who has done what.
System orientated correspondence
There are sample texts for all system-orientated processes to get a grip on the numerous possible correspondences that have to be exchanged between you and your customer.
News created that way will be automatically sent to your customers, e.g. the confirmation of the domain order or the details of the new hosting packet inclusive of passwords and much more, even follow up letters to your customers can be send easily and convenient via our system.
Virtual Desk

The virtual desk in city-map Intranet is the central interface for your activities and provides you with everything that is important in your daily activity: It collects automatically your notes, manages contacts and dates and reminds you reliably of your next plans and all relevant dates for your customer care. All in all: Nearly as good as a personal assistant only driving to your customer you have to do yourself.
