For the complete schedule, from first contact over contract signing to the total integration we have a fixed defined and extensive agenda that our new contractual partner has accomplish. It is important to us giving you as much information as possible before you decide on a city-map partnership. This schedule also allows us to know you in detail. This way we both make sure that we are suited with each other before signing the contract.

You do the first step when you send us the integrated contact form.

Then we contact you ask a few questions, test your basic suitability and then organise further steps.

You take part in a central information meeting, organised by us, where we give you further extensive and especially deep insights into the system and city-map Intranet..

At this meeting you get to know the responsible city-map system co-ordinator and personal contact partner for your future preferred region. After the meeting you plan with him your further individual steps.

Provided you want further numbers, data and facts (turnover, pricelists, addresses and customer stock etc) from your preferred region you will have to sign now a non-disclosure agreement.

You then get the chance to experience city-map in action and may one or several days, in accordance with your system co-ordinator, shadow other city-map Franchise Partner at their daily business. Part of that is, if possible, the participation at one of the monthly team meetings or the already active city-map Franchise Partners in your federal state. This way to get to know your new colleagues. Your system co-ordinator will organise for you to get an impression of the city-map Intranet and look at documents and model contracts.

At the end of the pre-contractual schedule we’ll await you for a final information visit in the pretty Hansetown of Stade - our headquarter - where we finalise the mutual get-to-know phase
